Aldeburgh is one of the UK's most exciting and well established food festivals and this is my first time there, and I'll be doing not one, but two events! On Saturday morning I'll be demonstrating the Roast Pork Belly with Hedgerow Sauce recipe from my book, and on Sunday my good friend Kylee Newton and I will be doing a masterclass as Kipper and Pickle.
