The Spurstowe Arms - 2nd Serving. Following on from my stint at the Spurstowe last autumn, they've invited me back for another go... rather, the lovely and over-worked Head Chef, Nico, wants to go on another holiday. Loving, as I do, the pub and the team, I readily agreed, and inspired by a recent trip to northern Spain I decided to go Iberian.
