Guardian Cook - Feasting
Feasting recipes. Each shot is of 3 or 4 recipes, all by Jane Baxter, designed to be eaten together. These shots were all taken by Jill Mead and props were styled by Anna Wilkins and appeared in Guardian Cook from January '15 to March '16.
Foraged foods
This was a shoot I did with Joe Woodhouse, mostly using foraged produce from near London and Bristol. The forager who brought us all the wild bounty was Anton, one of the most passionate people I have had the pleasure to work with. His endless enthusiasm for food is inspiring and provocative.
One Fine Stay / Guestbook
These are from a project I did with Ed Park for issue 09 of Guestbook the beautifully designed in-house magazine of One Fine Stay. The recipes are by various chefs - including me - inspired by their travels, designed to be cooked on the go. The online version of the magazine is stunning - you should have a look.
